Our family home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 WC, 1 en-suite shower room and a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area complete with 8-seater dining table, dishwasher and wood burner. Our home also has a flatscreen tv with streaming channels, Wi-Fi, a music area and a chill-out snug.

Setting: Our home is on the outskirts of the city surrounded by fields with beautiful walks and easy access to supermarkets and the main roads to Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. We are within easy reach of Dundee city centre, approximately 6 miles from bus and rail stations, shops, restaurants and cultural activities, with easy access to the Tay Road Bridge leading to St Andrews which is a 30-minute drive away. The seaside village of Broughty Ferry is 20 minutes by car and the golf links of Carnoustie are 10 minutes further.
