This is a very spacious three bedroom semi detached home, less than ten minutes drive from Mount Juliet Estate. It is stylish and welcoming with a large living room with two sofas (a 2 seater and a 3 seater) and two arm chairs with a window box overlooking the river Nore.
The accommodation at ground level comprises a living room with Stanley stove, TV and sound system, with record player, CD and radio. A spacious open plan kitchen/ dining room with table to seat 5 comfortably, counter top with two seats, and two seater couch for those morning coffees with the paper. Sound system with blue tooth. Fridge freezer, electric cooker and dishwasher in place for self catering. Patio doors leading to back garden, with patio complete with gas BBQ. There is a guest bathroom / utility room at ground level, with WC and washer dryer.
The layout at first floor comprises two double bedrooms and one single. The master bedroom comprises a 5 foot double bed, en suite shower room and armchair in the window with views of the Nore Valley and the village of Thomastown. The second double has a 4ft6 bed with storage space and writing desk, and the single is a generous single room with plenty of storage. There is a shared main bathroom with shower and bath. This listing would suit three to four people comfortably or two couples and a single. There is an extra sofa bed in the sitting room available also.
The garden has a covered, locked side entrance for safe storage of any sports equipment, or outdoor wear.
The house is within walking distance of Thomastown village which boasts many local artisan shops, cafes, award winning restaurant Barrows Keep and local bars such as Toast and Tim's Bar offering delicious pub food and live music, as well as two supermarkets.
The area is well serviced for the outdoor enthusiast located close to the South Leinster Way with many forest walks including the Thomastown Loop Walk, Woodstock Gardens (parking fob included in stay) and the Arboretum in Inistioge which date back to the 1740s. A fifteen minute drive will take you to Kilkenny City and thirty minutes to Waterford city. The property is also located close to Thomastown train station and is on the Dublin Waterford Intercity route. The charming villages of Bennettsbridge and Inistioge are also in close proximity. It is approximately one and a half hours drive from Dublin airport and is served by intercity train and bus routes, including a direct bus from the airport.
