Consisting of an open plan dining area down stairs with accompanying down stairs toilet, one double bedroom, stove and bespoke designed new fitted kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 further double bedrooms & one single bedroom with two of the bedrooms having their own flatscreen TVs. All bedrooms come with ample wardrobe storage for your belongings.

We are located a 10 minute drive from the main Dublin Waterford motorway , a 3 minute drive from the main Dublin Waterford train line and Thomastown is also served by Bus Eireann, Ireland’s National bus service. Dublin airport is a 80 minute drive from the terminal to our front door . Should you require a courtesy pick up from the airport / train station and transport to/from Mt Juliet on the days of the event, we can arrange this at no extra cost. We will also be on hand should you require any information about local amentities in the Thomastown region and also tourist attractions in Kilkenny, the medieval capital of Ireland.
