Kilkenny City is 10 minutes by car from the property. There are plenty of lovely shops, restaurants and sights to see when not attending the golf. Lyrath Estate Hotel is in the vicinity, this hotel boasts an award winning spa, restaurants and bar.

Our home is in a prime location for The Irish Open, only 20 minutes drive from Mount Juliet.

Luxury family Irish Open home rental, 5,000 square feet. We have 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite. The house sleeps up to 10 people. The master bedroom (downstairs) has a super king size bed, en-suite with double sinks, jacuzzi bath, separate toilet, large shower & smart TV.

We have a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with an 8 seater table, island seating, sun room with window seats for entertaining and large couches in the living area with smart TV.

There is a children's playroom with seating, smart TV and an xbox to enjoy.

We have a very large patio with barbeque and fire pit. There are two large sets of dining furniture and lots of additional seating also available. Large garden area with inground trampoline and playhouse/swings. Garden area is fully enclosed.
We have a large fridge and freezer and an additional drinks fridge in our utility room.
We have an aga cooker which is always on, meaning the kitchen area is heated when you come down in the morning. There is also an electric oven and gas hob. Integrated dishwasher, Belfast sink, marble workshops throughout the kitchen. We also have plenty of storage in our bootroom/utility.
There is a large bathroom downstairs and also a modern downstairs WC.

We have ample parking for at least 10 cars in our private driveway, there are electric gates at the entrance making it very private.
