This recently renovated Old Bakery is nestled in the heart of the Lingaun Valley in the Slate Quarries on the Kilkenny/ Tipperary border. The property is on a 5 acre site which rolls down to the banks of the river Lingaun. The native trees and wildflowers on this picturesque site provide the perfect setting for outdoor dining/ bbq and relaxation. Guests can easily visit the many historic and cultural sites of this area promoted by Lingaun Valley Tourism in Ireland’s Ancient East.

This house sleeps 4. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room with stove and tv, a utility room with washer and dryer and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a power shower upstairs.
The house has a monitored alarm, underfloor heating downstairs and wifi.
Outside there is a picnic/ bbq area.
