The property, which has just been recently renovated, can easily accommodate 8 people. It is a spacious and modern 2,600 square ft, two story, 4 bedroom, detached house on a 1 acre site with gardens, outdoor patio/dining area and plenty of parking space for numerous cars. It is situated in a very private area with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, very suitable for families as the patio area and a section of the garden is fully enclosed.
The property has a large open plan kitchen/dining, fully equipped with a dual fuel (gas & electric) Rangemaster, American style fridge/freezer with filtered water and automatic ice maker, dishwasher, microwave & Nespresso coffee maker. All other cooking appliances & utensils are provided. There is a large dining area which showcases the fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.
The property has a laundry room with a dryer and washing machine along with iron and ironing board.
We have a very comfortable living room with reclining furniture, a stove and a 65" Smart TV with 100's of channels including Sky Sports, FOX sports, all USA channels and many more. The TV also has a large variety of Movies and TV series on demand. The Living Room has double French doors which open up onto a patio area. There is a separate living room with an adjoining Sunroom.
The house contains 2 newly renovated bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and a power shower. The upstairs bathroom contains a large rainfall shower.
There are 4 bedrooms in the property. The Master Bedroom has a super king bed with a TV. The 3 other bedrooms all contain double beds. All bedrooms have wardrobe facilities with one bedroom located on the ground floor.
The house has an oil based zoned central heating system, modern alarm system and unlimited WIFI.
There is a large adjoining garden with a paved patio area with garden furniture which is perfect for barbecues. BBQ provide for unlimited use throughout the stay.
We will provide all necessary essentials such as bed linen, towels, toiletries , cleaning products etc and will try to accommodate any other requests. We will provide a full clean of the property during the stay to make sure the guest have the best experience possible.
We will also be available 24/7 if anything else is required or to help with any other requests.
