The accommodation at ground level comprises a living room with a Stanley stove, 55” Smart TV and sound system. A spacious open plan kitchen/dining room with table to seat 8 comfortably. Sound system Alexa available. Fridge freezer, electric cooker and dishwasher in place for self catering, WC and tumble dryer. Patio doors leading to back garden and patio, complete with patio furniture, Gas BBQ and Table top patio gas heater.
The layout at first floor comprises three double bedrooms. The master bedroom comprises a King Size bed, en suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms have 5ft double beds with storage space. There is a shared main bathroom with pump shower and bath.
The garden has a two tier patio, locked side entrance for safe storage of any sports equipment, or outdoor wear. A full house alarm is also installed.
