We are just 10 minutes from Waterford city with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pubs etc all within walking distance.
There is unlimited parking available and a garage which can also be used if needed.
Our home is a modern new build which was completed to a very high standard just a few months ago.
As this is a newly built house all appliances and furniture are new and only one bedroom has been used by us.
Each bedroom has a king sized bed.
The main bedroom has a super king bed, walk in wardrobe which is hidden behind the mirror shown in photos and an ensuite.
There is 2 additional bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
All towels & linen provided aswel as washing & drying facilities which are located in the utility.
Fresh eggs from our hens & homemade brown bread available daily at no extra charge.
Plenty of tea, Coffee, wine & treats will be provided for your stay aswel as lots of advice on the best places to travel nearby.
Free transport to Waterford City & The Irish Open can be arranged. We are happy to help and just a phone call away.
