Irish Open Accommodation situated 7.8 km from Mount Juliet (10 mins drive app), 1.5 km from the beautiful Kells village and the historical Kells priory and 4 km from Stoneyford village. 7 min drive from the M9 Dublin/Waterford motorway and 30 mins app. from Waterford city. 1 hr 30 mins from Dublin airport. Bars and restaurants in Kells village and Stoneyford within 5-8 minute drive.13 mins app to Kilkenny city .

The house itself is 3400 square feet. There are two large en-suite bedrooms with super king size beds and power showers. 1 twin room and one king room . There is a very large playroom/games room with ping pong table and dart board . This room could also sleep more people if needed. One of the upstairs bedrooms is a fully fitted office however this could potentially accommodate a single sofa bed if needed. Children's toys, large trampoline travel cots and equipment available on request. Outdoor furniture and gas pyramid outdoor heater and egg chair and plenty of garden furniture available also (see photos) flexibility on dates and we will do our best to facilitate any requests.
