This spacious 3 bed semi-detached Irish Open house rental is located within 20 minutes walk / 5 minutes drive of Kilkenny city centre and just 25 minutes drive from Mount Juliet Golf Course.

The ground floor is composed of an open plan kitchen/ dining area with double doors into the large living room, a hallway and small toilet. There is a garden with outdoor seating for for 12 people and a barbecue area. There is a projector linked to netflix and a table tennis table on the ground floor and space for a blow up mattress in the living room. The first floor contains 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom contains an ensuite, while the main bathroom serves the other 2 bedrooms. There is plenty of free parking.
