Irish Open Accommodation - 3 bedroom modern house in the historic town of Downpatrick. Located 14 miles from Newcastle (approx. 20 minute drive).

Close to the Royal County Down golf course and also near;

The Accomodation
This 2 storey detached house boasts a large open plan kitchen living room with all the mod cons including gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, frdige freezer. The sliding glass doors open onto a patio area and lawn private garden with table and seating. A utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
There is another seperate living room with a gas fireplace to relax and unwind after a day at the Open. There is a downstairs WC.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms:
2 kingsize bedrooms (1 ensuite inc shower) and 1 single bedroom. There is plenty of wardrobe space. There is also a study upstairs. The main bathroom has a shower and bath. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds.

The house is on the outskirts of Downpatrick within walking distance from the town where you have all the necessary shopping, restaurants and cafes.

There is parking space in the driveway for 3 cars.

The house has wifi, Netflix and Amazon.

Surrounding Area
Downpatrick is ideally located for exploring the beautiful county Down scenery; 10 minutes from the coast; Tyrella beach, Kilclief Beach, Rossglass beach, 10 minutes from Strangford and national trust park Castleward. If you are interested in Irish history why not visit Down Museum, St Patricks grave, Inch abbey and Saul Mountain- within 5 minutes drive from the house. The Mourne Mountains are near to the Open and are very popular for hiking.
