Welcome to your home-away-from-home, 5 minute drive from the Royal County Down golf course that is home to the 2024 Irish Open. Located on a 0.8 hectare site, with electric gates, landscaped garden and small putting / short game area (artificial).

Large open plan entertaining space with log burner and sliding doors with electric curtains, which open directly onto the patio with Mountain View’s, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

Underfloor heating throughout the open plan area. Modern kitchen with dual Neff slide and hide ovens, Ninja amenities, dishwasher, Quooker boiling water tap and American fridge freezer with ice machine.

Fibre broadband throughout the house, separate boot & laundry room (with a separate toilet & shower room) and ample gated parking.

6 bedrooms with a potential 7th if required:

Upstairs bedrooms, all blackout blinds>
3 en-suite, 1 x Super King bed-master bedroom-electric blackout blinds and large balcony (currently being installed) with Mountain View’s, 1 x King bed with Mountain View’s, 1x double bed.

2 non en-suite bedrooms, with a separate shared bathroom and 1x double bed, 1x double sofa bed.

Downstairs:
1 en-suite, double sofa bed (shown as the large toy room, however all toys will be removed & en-suite access into the downstairs bathroom (both doors can be locked to ensure it’s fully private)

Optionality to utilise the downstairs green lounge as a 7th bedroom space if required (toilet & shower room off the lounge in the laundry room).

We are located 1km from Tollymore Forest Park and Newcastle town centre hosting a wealth of restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes and shops.
