Beautiful semi-detached 4 bedroom Irish Open home rental situated on the access road to the Royal County Down. This family home is adjacent to the Slieve Donard Hotel and is a 1 minute walk to the entrance gates of the Royal County Down.

Permits for road access will be included for up to 4 cars as road will be closed to the public during the Irish Open Competition. Driveway suitable for two cars, private lane for additional cars.

The house offers a home away from home. Four double rooms(one with ensuite).
1 Main Bathroom and 1 Ensuite. Featuring 2 sitting rooms, one with a Wood-Burning Stove for a cozy evening, the other is an open plan living area attached to the kitchen. The house has an enclosed garden to the back where you can enjoy the evening sun after a day on the golf course.
