Accessed by an electronic gate, through a 200 metre treelined drive to a further set of gates leading on to a spacious secure yard for parking. The house has cameras and a security system which can be accessed by guests if required.
The property is 45 minutes from Belfast City Airport, 60 minutes from Belfast International Airport and 90 minutes from Dublin Airport.
Ardglass and Spa golf clubs are less than 30 minutes away, with Malone, Holywood, Kirkistown Castle and Royal Belfast less than an hour’s drive. 90 minutes will take you to Royal Portrush, Portstewart and Castlerock and some great courses on the north side of Dublin.
