The property is on one level, has 4 double bedrooms, 2 ensuite, as well as a family bathroom with bath and shower, open plan kitchen and dining room, separate lounge with log burner, sunroom, utility room and walk in cloak room. There is a further WC in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including double oven, gas hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge freezer with built in water dispenser and ice machine, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The property also has gym equipment and a dart board in the large garage on site. Large garden with outdoor seating/eating areas including BBQ and fire pit complete your stay. Lots of secure storage for golfing equipment etc is also available. Set in private grounds accessed via electric gates there is parking for 8/10 cars. A welcome basket will be provided for your stay.

The property has a bus stop immediately outside with excellent public transport services to Newcastle, Belfast and the local town of Ballynahinch including late at night, so very easy to get to and from the Open, as the bus drops you off beside the Royal County Down Golf Course.
Ballynahinch has a full range of facilities including shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes and pubs, hairdressers etc. The Millbrook Lodge Hotel is 1m from the property offering breakfast, lunch and dinner and the Primrose Bar offers fantastic food both lunch and evening. For great coffee and the Northern Ireland delicacy of "Traybakes", Holly's on the Main Street is a must. You cannot visit Northern Ireland without having a "Wee Ulster Fry" complete with soda bread and potato bread and we would recommend Montalto or Cafe Rossi to start your day. The closet shop is 1m away and is open daily from 6am to 10pm.
