Welcome to your perfect getaway for the Presidents Cup in Montreal 2024.

This property sits on 1 acre of perfectly manicured lawn and gardens. The property is extremely private and the backyard is bordered with 15ft hedges. There is a gazebo, firepit, massive 16x36 heated pool and park for kids. The entire backyard has speakers that can be accessed via an iPad, or if you choose to listen to the serene backdrop of the pools Bellagio style water feature, the choice is truly yours.

The front of the property is covered by plush gardens and massive trees, we have the biggest weeping willows on the island. The driveway can easily accommodate 12+ cars. we've managed to squeeze in 20 cars for some events by shouldering the lawn.

This Presidents Cup Montreal property is 5 minutes to the venue, if you wish we can arrange airport pickup and transportation to the event.

Inside the property you have TV's everywhere, a premium Italian coffee/espresso machine and a fantastic gym with a new state of the art treadmill. In the dining room you have a massive table that can seat 10 people approx. with a 15ft cathedral style ceiling.

This is the perfect property for someone who values privacy but still wants to be close to the amenities on the island and very close proximity to the Royal Montreal golf course. If you're from out of town and don't yet know, Ile Bizard is an island with only one bridge in and out. That bridge has traffic regardless of an event or not, so with the massive influx of people coming, you're going to want to stay on the Island. Not to mention that bridge is also under construction.
