It is of modern design and utilises natural light through large glazed panels to connect with the tranquil countryside. The house has a kitchen, utility room, dining room, sitting room, sun room, spacious hallway, playroom and toilet on the ground floor. The first floor has 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite), main bathroom (including jacuzzi bath) and hot press. The 5th bedroom is located in the 3rd floor with elevated views of the rolling countryside. Our outside space has a large lawn and the large patio area with hardwood garden furniture is ideal for barbeques and outdoor dining with doors connecting directly to the kitchen/living room area. The house is located off a quiet country road and is guarded by electric gates. The local area is quiet countryside with great and friendly neighbours. The location of our home is an ideal hub for the holidaymaker that wishes to experience a range of locations along the south west and west of Ireland. The picturesque village of Adare is less than 10 minutes drive by car with beautiful walks, restaurants and pubs for your entertainment. We are within 2 hours drive of some of the most beautiful areas of Ireland eg. Pro-Am Accommodation located near Cork City 1h 20 min, Killarney 1h 10 min, Dingle 1h 30 min, Lahinch/Cliffs of Moher 1h, Galway City 1h 20min and Dublin 2h 10 min with other golf courses located in Ballybunion (50 mins) and Lahinch (1 hour).
