Stunning newly built 5 bedroom family Pro-Am home rental with amazing, green countryside views. We are situated exactly one mile outside the beautiful heritage village of Adare, Co. Limerick. Spacious open plan home with two en-suite bedrooms and three ample sized double bedrooms. We have over 100 square meters of porcelain patio to the rear and front of our house.
Adare enjoys a wonderful reputation for its excellent award winning restaurants, serving delicious food throughout the year in warm and welcoming surroundings. The bars in Adare also have a reputation for good food, offering traditional Irish home cooked meals at reasonable prices. Explore Adare's locally produced handmade foods at the Market in the Village Hall on Fridays and Saturdays and visitors staying in Adare’s self-catering accommodation are spoilt for choice when it comes to ordering in food while enjoying their stay. Adare has everything for food lovers, from fine dining to casual bistro style, with many offering seasonal produce from local Limerick producers.
Adare offers a unique shopping experience in relaxed and friendly surroundings. There is a choice of fashion boutiques, stocking exclusive brands from the world's top designers. If you are looking for a gift or souvenir of your visit, a number of retail outlets boast diverse artworks, wonderful ceramics and unique jewellery from Ireland's own indigenous craft makers. The Geraldines of Kildare developed Adare in medieval times and the present village was largely an early 19th century creation by the Dunravens. A visit to Adare's Heritage Centre and the Historical Exhibition will allow you to step back in time and take a journey through Adare’s unique past, from the arrival of the Normans to the ancient Abbeys of the Middle Ages. Why not take a guided tour of the 13th Century Desmond Castle, one of the few remaining authentic Norman Castles in Europe. Or bring the history of Adare to life on a leisurely walk through medieval monasteries, listening to historic tales of ancient times and people.
Adare Park consists of beautiful walks and pathways. There is a thatched gazebo and seating throughout the park.
Adare home to the 2027 Ryder Cup has two 18-hole golf courses and a pitch & putt course all within walking distance from the village. There are also over 20 golf courses within 1 hours drive from Adare.
Adare is the ideal base to explore many wonderful sights and famous landmarks in the mid-West and West regions of Ireland. You could take a day trip north and pay a visit to the amazing Bunratty Castle & Folkpark, or head towards the coast of Co. Clare to the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher. Head south towards Blarney Castle and Cork city and harbour. Spend the day in Killarney and the wonderful Muckross Park and still be back in time for supper. Stay in the local area and visit the Hunt Museum, Limerick Racecourse and the University of Limerick.
