Glacier Ridge Estate is a newly constructed private home on 3 acres near Road America in Elkhart Lake, WI.
Welcome to this 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath split-bedroom layout decorated in a "modern farmhouse" cozy style. Tall windows and 9-11' ceilings bring in tons of light and offer wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with island, dining table, and cathedral ceilings, which is open to the great room.
Rental is for the entire main floor of this ranch home.
Premium Kohler plumbing fixtures throughout the home, along with custom cabinetry and wine bar, and a raised island to allow seating for at least 10 guests in the main kitchen/dining area. Luxury vinyl floors are inherently warm to the touch, and with radiant heat in every floor, provide comfort everywhere you walk. Soft neutral carpeting in the great room and 3 bedrooms on the main floor allow for a quiet, warm, and relaxing atmosphere.
TV's are in every room and can be used with your own Firestick or Apple TV if you travel with one, or settle in to the big sectional sofa in the great room with a gas linear fireplace and smart TV with Roku, Spectrum Cable TV, and Blue-Ray/DVD disc player hidden inside the custom fireplace mantle. A state-of-the-art Wi-Fi mesh network is running throughout the house so you can find high-speed internet access in every room, and even most areas around the immediate outside of the house, including the driveway, back and side yards, firepit area, and RV parking spots.
This house is our home, and although we make a considerable effort to keep the house as neutral as possible for your stay, you may occasionally come across personal belongings in the house. We do have clean and empty dresser drawers, nightstands, and vanities available for guests. If a space is not intended for guest use, it will be locked or marked off clearly.
There is a separate listing for a rec room & fitness/4th bedroom on the lower walk-out level that could be rented together with the main home, connected by an interior stairs w/ door, and also with its own entrance. This area does not have a private bathroom and would work as a shared space in addition to main floor. We do not host different groups at the same time, so if you do not rent this lower area, it will be closed off and inaccessible to guests, for use by the owners only. No one accesses the main home while reserved except the guests who rented it.
We have a separate and private condo residence in the lower level of this house with its own entrance, and is not part of this rental. It is usually occupied by the owner's family when the main home is rented.
There is also room for RV's/semi-trucks if arrangements are made in advance.
Just across from the back "Glacial Nine" at Quit Qui Oc Golf Course and practically right next door to Legendary Road America!
5 miles from Plymouth, 12 miles from Sheboygan County Municipal Airport (SBM), 16 miles from Whistling Straits Golf Course, and less than an hour from EAA and the AirVenture Museum!
