An oasis awaits you 5 minutes from the Bethpage Black golf course. Ryder Cup Accommodation with three bedrooms (one king size and two full size beds) and two full bathrooms. There are also two extra rooms on the first floor that can also be used as bedrooms. Oversized heated saltwater pool with outdoor lighting, wet bar with mini fridge, pergola, gas BBQ and a large patio for outdoor entertaining. The driveway holds three cars with additional street parking because the house is the last house at the dead end of a private street.
The kitchen is complete with all appliances, dishware, flatware, drinkware, air fryer and microwave. Washer and dryer in the finished basement; linens and towels will be provided. Nearby walking and biking trail runs through Bethpage State Park, 20-minutes to Tobay beach with beachfront restaurants and less than 10 minutes to Farmingdale Main Street with many bars, restaurants and shops.
