We have a three-bed bungalow on a 1 acre site overlooking the beautiful Mulkear River.
Our house was recently completely renovated throughout to a high standard, including new extension. Resulting in a comfortable, bright, safe home.
Open-plan kitchen / dining / living room. Separate utility room with boot shower. Second living space which is currently used as sitting room / office. Small WC in living area also.
Three good-sized bedrooms, master bedroom with stunning views of the river has a super-king bed. The house will sleep 6 comfortably, however can potentially sleep more if needed.
Large family bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a bath.
Large patio with large sliding doors off the kitchen / dining room overlooking the river. Patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Kids swing slide set and trampoline in the garden.
At the end of the garden, you'll find a hidden firepit which is a beautiful place to sit close to the river. Fire wood and additional BBQ equipment available for use at the fire pit also.
Supermarkets, multiple takeaways / restaurants and cinema within a 5 min drive.
A great base to explore some Irish beauty spots such as Killaloe village or Bunratty Castle and Folk Park among many others.
