What you will love about this home:

My home is a town house spread out over three floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/living area. This is my favourite space in the house as it is relaxing and cosy. I love to snuggle up on the couch with a book or watch some Netflix. This floor also has a utility and downstairs bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a master room with French doors which I love to open on a sunny morning and drink coffee in bed. The bedroom also has a TV so you can chill with Netflix after a day of adventures. This floor also has a modern bathroom.
On the second floor, there is a very large bedroom with an ensuite.
There is an enclosed private garden at the back of the house where I enjoy sitting and catching some sunshine. Bistro set (table and 4 chairs with umbrella) and 2 sun loungers available.

A few metres away there is a Chinese restaurant/takeaway, hairdressers, Polish shop (with delicious breads/ham/cheeses!) and Pizza takeaway. Also a 2 minute walk will bring you to the 'HalfWay House' - a traditional Irish pub (great Guinness).

What you will love in the neighborhood:

My 2 bedroom townhouse is in Ennis, Co. Clare. I am a 15 minute walk to the town centre where you can enjoy lots of restaurants/cafes/pubs/shops.
My favourite coffee place is Mondo which is included in my photos. Amazing coffee!

Shannon Airport is 18 minute drive.
Dromoland Golf Club is 10 minute drive.
Adare is 40 minute drive.
Ennis golf club 7 min drive
Shannon golf club 19 min drive
Trump International Golf club 42 min drive
Kilrush golf club 35 min drive

As well as being the county town of Clare, Ennis is an historical market town that has lost none of its intrinsic charm. It is the perfect blend of the old and the new and offers the traveller every modern amenity ... superb restaurants embracing most cuisines—Asian fusion to Italian, Thai to Indian—and traditional Irish bars where you can always find live traditional music or a quiet corner.

There is easy parking close to the many restaurants and bars, some of which also serve food. Alternatively, if you prefer a night in, then many restaurants offer a delivery service and the area boasts numerous Takeaways, all just a phone-call away. Snacks, other foodstuffs and beverages are available at the nearby Lidl.

The town is well served by public transport and, as well as buses to and from Shannon Airport, Galway, Limerick and Cork, in addition there are bus local services to the coast at Kilrush, Kilkee, Lahinch and the Cliffs of Moher and, in the opposite direction, Bunratty Castle. Timetables are available online at Buseireann and Dublin coach websites (Bunratty / Limerick / Dublin).

There is additional information on these and all other locations and attractions for which County Clare is well-known—as well as detailed maps of the area—at the town’s Museum and Tourist Information Centre. Here too you can plan and arrange day trips as diverse as trip to the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin, including a boat trip to one of the Aran Islands or a boat-trip out into the mouth of the Shannon from Carrigaholt in search of the bottlenose dolphin.

In addition to such sightseeing locations, Clare has lots to offer to both the more energetic traveler and those who prefer more leisurely activities ... there’s everything from horse-riding to surfing and golf to angling and countless opportunities for casual walks on lake and coastal paths or taking to the hills.

To get to know Ennis up close and personal, there are daily walking tours (both group and private tours can be arranged) when, as well as discovering that local TD (Member of Parliament), Éamon de Valera, was Ireland’s longest serving Taoiseach (Prime Minister) your hear about tales of famine and poverty, murders and hangings, rebellions and riots ... and maybe even Mohammed Ali.
