Two beautifully renovated Victorian period properties both located on same estate right in the middle of the heritage town of Cahir in County Tipperary, boasting views of Cahir Castle and with direct access (and fishing rights) to the river Suir which runs by both properties. Various local pubs, hotels and restaurants less than a three minute walk from both properties. Ryder Cup Accommodation also borders Cahir Park Golf club, a fantastic 18 hole parkland course on your doorstep.

Property 1: Painstakingly restored Victorian Gate Lodge with two double bedrooms, kitchen, living room and beautiful bathroom. Overlooking the river suir and centrally located in the town of Cahir this is a very unique property.

Property 2: 2 double bedroom (both en suite) recently renovated Victorian property, living room, large corridor, large kitchen diner with modern appliances throughout.

Both properties have full WiFi. Property 2 will have access to Sky television and property 1 will have TV with access to streaming channels i.e. Netflix etc.

Property also has space for helicopter landing/takeoff should that be required.
