Accommodation is located conveniently on the main N21 road just 15-20 mins drive to Adare village and less than 45mins drive to both Shannon International Airport and Kerry Airport. The property consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs and a shared bathroom. Downstairs there is a sitting room with separate kitchen / dining area. To the rear of the property there is a spacious garden with a covered outdoor area.

The property is just a 5 minute walk to the main bus stops with connections to Dublin / Limerick / Kerry, Tesco supermarket, hotel, bars, restaurants and the Limerick Greenway. The world renowned Ballybunion Golf Links and Tralee Golf Club are less than 50 mins drive. Newcastle West Golf club is only a 10 min drive.
The house is fully furnished and can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. Property comes with High speed fibre broadband (500 mb/sec). Airport and event transfers can be arranged as needed.
