Large Ryder Cup home rental accommodating up to 8 people.
Very quiet semi rural detached house located next to the small village of Clonlara. 4 bedrooms. 3 Double bedrooms, one with ensuite. One single bedroom which also comes with one small child bed. Comfortable and very large sofa/bed which can also accommodate another guest.
Ample on site parking. Would comfortably fit 7-8 cars.
3 bathrooms. One with electric shower and one with gyser.
Ryder Cup home rental includes a large locked garage if required for storage of eg. motorbikes, etc.
Oil central heating.
Very good Wifi connection.
By car:
Limerick City centre (20 mins). Shannon Airport (35 mins). Limerick bus and train station (20 mins). Adare Manor (30 mins). Ballyneety Golf Course (25 minutes). Rathbane Golf Course (18 mins). Castletroy Golf course (17 mins). Limerick Golf club (22 mins). Dromoland castle Golf club (24 mins). There are over 10 other golf courses located within 30-60 mins of the house.
Over 20 Spa and relaxation treatment centers within 20 minutes of the house.
3 minute walk to 2 local pubs, local shop and beautiful scenic canal walkways. There are 3 local walking loops near the house and a regular bus service into the city center. 1 active Church and 1 very old disused Church with pretty walkable grounds.
Within an 8 minute drive is a Lidl, Tesco and cafes/restaurants. 12 minutes from University of Limerick which has many sports facilities and active clubs.
20 minutes from Killaloe which has many water activities and is a beautiful small town with plenty of ancient history to explore.

30% deposit upfront (non-refundable) and 10% safety deposit (returned upon inspection of the property)
Due to a family history of severe asthma we would ask that there is no smoking inside the house. This unfortunately is non negotiable.
We will be staying within 5 minutes of the house, so if needed, I would be happy to do light housekeeping/ food shop / light a fire etc. or you may prefer to have the house completely to yourselves. We are flexible and happy to accommodate.
