This house is situated a short drive from the amenities of the city however it is in a rural location with views out the back of green fields and hills. These views can be enjoyed on the large patio with seating area or on the private patio off the master suite of the annex.
This house is a short drive from the M18 which allows guests to access the Clare coast and beautiful beaches within an hour. Lahinch and Doonbeg golf clubs are just over an hours drive from this property.

Adare Golf Club is easily accessible using main roads and motorways from this house. It is an ideal and private base for any visitor of the Ryder Cup in 2027.
