Hall Teasses is a picturesque country lodge, ideally located within 20 mins of St. Andrews. It offers easy access to the 150th Open Golf Championship, whilst providing a tranquil and discreet setting within a private Estate. The property is within easy reach of Edinburgh (50min), Dundee (20mins) and Leuchars (15mins) - an ideal base for anyone flying in for the event.

Furnished in a traditional style, the property features 3 bedrooms (sleeping up to 6 people), 4 bathrooms, a dining room, lounge, kitchen and access to outdoor patio and surrounding garden.

Bedroom 1: Double en-suite
Bedroom 2: Twin en-suite (can be made into double)
Bedroom 3: Double with private facilities

Ample parking is available on site and the extensive Estate provides landing ground for anyone wishing to travel by helicopter.

The lodge benefits from sweeping views of our private Loch and the working Estate offers plentiful opportunities for outdoor activities such as fly-fishing and clay-pigeon shooting, which can be included in your stay by previous arrangement.

The property is available as accommodation for the Open Golf Championship 2022 for 7- 10 days at a rate of £17,500.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required to secure the booking; final balance, alongside a 10% security deposit, is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Linen and towels are included in your stay, as are all standard amenities.
