The Open Accommodation - Seasyde House is a beautifully maintained Grade A listed Georgian Country Home on the banks of the Tay Estuary and approximately 24 miles to St Andrews Links making this the perfect base of The Open 2022.
This elegant house has the added benefit of The Yurt Experience situated in the grounds offering wellness treatments and massage after a busy day at The Open.
Seasyde House can host up to 10 people across 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Seasyde also has a tennis court, boules area and beautifully maintained gardens.
With native red squirrels in the area and overlooking a reed bed managed by the RSPB Seasyde House offers more than a place to sleep, but a luxurious getaway that will leave you feeling relaxed and replenished for the next round of golf.

The package includes a welcome basket of essentials on arrival including eggs from Seasyde House Chickens, linen and towels for all guests for £16,000 - £20,000 for a duration of 7 - 10 nights.
30% deposit required to confirm your booking, We also ask for a 10% refundable deposit which is required prior to arrival.
Optional extras by arrangement include daily housekeeping, massage therapies at The Yurt Experience, on-site catering, airport and venue transfers, helicopter landing and an extended stay.
