Scooniehill Farmhouse is located approximately 1.5 miles from the historic town of St Andrews and is normally run as a bed and breakfast, with 4 rooms inside the property (sleeping up to 10 people), with a shepherd hut providing room for another 2 people.

Room 1: ground floor superking or twin (with private bathroom with walk in shower) - sleeps 2
Room 2: first floor king and single with ensuite and walk in shower - sleeps 3
Room 3: first floor superking or single with ensuite/walk in shower - sleeps 2
Room 4: first floor superking and single with ensuite and walk in shower - sleeps 3
Shepherd Hut: en-suite with kitchenette and ensuite with shower - sleeps 2 (double bed)

The property has unrivalled views overlooking the town with large gardens and space for up to 10 cars. Taxis take 5 minutes to the centre of St Andrews and walking is approximately 35 - 40 minutes.

In addition to the bedrooms, there is a sun room, parlour and breakfast room for guest use and a separate unit in the garden can be used as office space if required. The large garden offers other opportunities for entertaining.

The house can be offered as self catering or as a bed and breakfast with daily housekeeping depending on your requirements.

The Open Golf rentals - A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking, plus an additional 10% refundable damage deposit to be refunded after inspection following your stay.

The remainder of the balance is due by 1st June 2022.
