The property is located in the town of Leven ,only 14.4 miles to the open golf St Andrews old course ,20 mins by car + 30 by bus 2 min walk to bus stop from property. From property beach is 5 min walk+5 min walk to leven links golf course it is one of the oldest links courses in Scotland with golf dating back to the mid 1800’s…A six time Open Championship final qualifying venue.At leven we have a unique situation with two clubs,Leven golfing society+Leven Thistle golf club playing over our Historical Links.

Shops + Resturants are within 5/10 mins walking distance ,will leave wine and beer stocked in American fridge for your arrival also will leave brochures of tourist attractions in Fife. There is 44 golf courses in the vicinity of Fife,all these course are within 30 mins of Leven .

A 20% non- refundable booking deposit will secure your stay .A 10% damage deposit is required + will be returned on day of departure.Full payment is due by 8/7/22.
