In addition to the Old Course there are about 20 golf courses within a 15 mile radius including the world famous Kingsbarns Gold Links, catering for all levels of golfer. Anstruther Golf Club is even within walking distance of the cottage.
Edinburgh (50mins) and Glasgow (1hr30) airports are within an easy commute and Fife prides itself on regular bus services, if required.

Anchor Cottage sits in a pretty sun trapped courtyard in the lovely conservation town of Anstruther, only 2 minutes from the harbour with its restaurants, bars and beaches.

The ground floor consists of a large twin bedroom with an adjacent family bathroom with full size bath and shower.

On the first floor there is a relaxing living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A comfy chair bed is available in the main living area to accommodate a fifth adult if required.

The top floor has a king size master with shower room en-suite and sea views.

The lounge has a large smart TV with DVD player in addition to a smart TV in each of the bedrooms.

There is a strong wifi signal throughout the property allowing streaming and good internet access. It is decorated to an exceptional standard with quality hypoallergenic bedding throughout and an emphasis on ensuring all needs and comforts are met.

All required safety certificates are in place for this property including the recent smoke and heat detector upgrades.

A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required plus a 10% damage deposit which will be returned within 2 days of departure. Full payment is due on 3rd June 2022.
