HALL - with shoe storage unit and WI FI hub .

KITCHEN - fully fitted breakfasting kitchen with additional appliances, small bistro table and chairs , large free standing fridge freezer and mood lighting.
W.C. - small toilet with basin sink and hanging rail for jackets .

UPSTAIRS
2. DOUBLE BEDROOMS - both large rooms with double beds , chest of drawers , hanging space for clothes ,desk ,chair.

WC ,wash hand basin and thermostatic shower , heated towel rail .
STORAGE CUPBOARD
Large cupboard contains , extra towels , extra bed linen , iron , ironing board ,hoover .

The rental price is for a total of 7 days . Longer stays can be accommodated for an additional cost .
A 30% NON a refundable deposit is required to secure your stay . A 10% damage deposit is required upon arrival and returned if no damage has occurred on departure.Full payment for the total stay is required by 1st June 2022.

AIRPORT and DAILY TRANSPORT
Can be arranged for an additional fee , we have access to an 8 seater mini bus .
EXTRA NIGHTS
Can be accommodated for at an additional cost, please contact for further details
( The house is available for the whole month of JULY , this price can be negotiated if required . )
HOUSEKEEPING during your stay can be arranged if required at an additional cost .
