The Open Accommodation approx. 9 minutes from Royal Liverpool Golf Club set in peaceful, semi-rural location. The Farmhouse is a 17th century sandstone farmhouse with a private courtyard complete with original well and a large garden overlooking horse paddocks with views across to the Irish Sea. Courtyard has a table with 6 wicker chairs whilst the garden has a patio with settee, chairs, coffee table and BBQ. There are 4 double bedrooms each with a king size bed and one being an en-suite. The main bathroom has a bath and a walk in shower.
My next door neighbour’s 4 bed barn conversion (The Stables) is also available to link together for larger parties.

Dining room which can seat 8 comfortably.

Price is fixed for 7-10 days (you can stay up to 10 days for the same price), with flexible dates up to 30 days available. The price for longer stays is negotiable.

25% non-refundable booking deposit to secure reservation. Final balance plus 15% security deposit is due 60 days prior to agreed arrival date.
