Set within a stunning character property, this former three storey semi-detached dwelling was converted to three separate apartments. The internal accommodation comprises of a traditional uncomplicated layout, with a large reception room, two large fairly even sized double bedrooms, a modern kitchen/diner, and modern shower room all accessed via a central hall. Children's cot or additional camp bed can be arranged upon request.
The property has a very warm and cosy feel to it, but its main selling point has to be the convenient location. It is within a few hundred metres of local restaurants/bars, supermarket, Ashton Park and West Kirby beach/promenade - perfect for sunset walks along the infamous Royal Liverpool sand dunes or around the lovely Marine Lake. Essentially, there's no reason to have to drive anywhere during your stay! West Kirby train station (direct trains to/from Liverpool every 15 mins) is only 300m away, so perfect if travelling by train also.
Access consideration - the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs. There are however banisters the whole way up, and a secure area to leave prams/golf clubs downstairs without the need for carrying up.
Dates can be very flexible as it won't be inhabited for the whole of July or August. £3995 rate based upon 16th-24th July 2023. A 20% non-refundable deposit is kindly requested upon booking, with the full balance settled 60 days before the date of arrival.
