This modern Northern Ireland Tourist Board certified semi-detached house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 4 miles from Royal Portrush and a stone’s throw from the world famous Bushmills Distillery on the edge of the village of Bushmills. The house is a family holiday home and caters comfortably for 6 adults. It comprises 4 bedrooms (king with en-suite), one large double one small double and one single, together with a large main bathroom. All beds have memory foam mattresses.
Downstairs there is a living area with wood burning stove and modern well-equipped kitchen with seating for 6 adults and a utility room provides all necessary amenities. There is convenient storage and toilet downstairs also, with a secure outdoor shed should further storage be required.
The house has a natural gas heating system and superfast broadband throughout, with smart TVs. The living room has patio doors leading to a private, enclosed garden with beautiful planting, comfortable seating area and barbeque for relaxing after a busy day of golf or sightseeing.
The front of the house has a driveway for two cars.
Travel time to Royal Portrush golf club is less than 10 minutes by car, with a shuttle bus operating to the Open from Bushmills. The closest golf club is Bushfoot in Portballintrae within 5 minutes’ drive, with many other golf courses within easy reach.
Aside from golf, the North Coast has much to offer, including stunning scenery, beaches, water sports and coastal walking trails.
Bushmills village centre is 10 minutes’ walk and provides access to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, including the award winning Distillers Arms and the renowned Bushmills Inn.
You can walk to the Giants Causeway from the house – 3 miles via boardwalk and trail, with numerous cafes and restaurants along the route to break up the journey! Nearby is the beautiful Runkerry Beach, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge, Ballintoy harbour and the Dark Hedges, made famous by Game of Thrones.
