This stunning beachfront property is a modern 3 bedroom home in the village of Castlerock. The property was built in 2020 and has all modern fittings including under floor heating.
Castlerock is a 20 minute drive to Portrush, home of the 2025 Open, a 1 hour drive from Belfast International Airport, 1 hour 15 minutes drive from Belfast City Airport and 2 hour 30 drive from Dublin Airport. The train station in Castlerock is on the main line from Belfast to Londonderry, with a connection to Portrush, via Coleraine.
The accommodation sleeps 6 people and comprises a master bedroom with king size bed with ensuite shower room, a double bedroom and a twin room.
The large main bathroom has a separate shower and bath and there is ample supply of towels.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen has spectacular, uninterrupted views of Castlerock beach and Donegal. There is direct access to spacious front and rear balconies to enjoy sunrise or sunsets. The living area includes a wood burning stove and widescreen digital television while triple glazing ensures the house is lovely and warm as well as quiet. The kitchen has all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, oven, hob and De'Longhi coffee machine.
Whilst a small village, Castlerock has most amenities you will need, with a convenience store, bakery, butcher, chemist, two pubs, a number of cafe's/coffee shops, Doctors surgery and information centre.
We have a large selection of surf and body boards as well as wetsuits from small children to adult sizes, both male and female. Adult and Childs sets of golf clubs, with trolleys are also available for guests to use.
Castlerock Golf Club has two courses, the 18 hole championship links course and the 9 hole Mussenden Course. The Giants Causeway, which is a World Heritage Site, is 20 minutes away and Londonderry, which was the UK City of Culture for 2013, is 30 minutes away.
Five miles away (and on the main railway line) is the busy shopping town of Coleraine with plenty of supermarkets, shopping centre, restaurants, pubs, theatre and cinema complex with ten pin bowling. The famous seaside towns of Portstewart and Portrush are within 20 minutes by car or train and are home to the world renowned Royal Portrush Golf Club, venue for 2025 Open.
