The large main bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen has spectacular views of Castlerock, Portstewart and Portrush.

The living area includes a wood burning stove and widescreen digital television while triple glazing ensures the house is lovely and warm as well as quiet. The kitchen has all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, oven, hob and coffee machine.
 The house is in a private area with plenty of parking available.

Perfect accommodation for The Open 2025 - the closest village, Castlerock has most amenities you will need, with a convenience store, bakery, butcher, chemist, two pubs, a number of cafe's/coffee shops.
 Castlerock Golf Club has two courses, the 18 hole championship links course and the 9 hole Mussenden Course.
