Wishing Well Cottage is a well maintained single storey dwelling with disabled access to rear of the property. The Open Accommodation includes 3 well proportioned bedrooms and a separate dressing room. Bedrooms consist of a king room with ensuite wet room. A further king room and a super king room. The main bathroom has a roll top bath and a walk in shower. There is a large living room, an expansive hall with a seating area a feature fireplace. There are 2 dining rooms 1 is in the sun room There is also a seating area in the large fully equipped kitchen with a snug off it. There is also a separate WC and a fully equipped utility room with appliances.
The property has WiFi and is oil fired central heated.
The rear garden has ample space to relax in and is surrounded with trees for privacy. There is a lawn and patio area and several seating areas with a fire pit and a BBQ for your use.
We are in a great location for travelling to the open which is only 40 minutes away. We also have 4 miles from our door step Gracehill, a Moravian village founded in 1759 ànd is now recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Old School House is now a restaurant and one not to be missed. Galgorm Golf Club which hosted the Irish Open in 2020 is only 5 miles away. Two miles away is The Crosskeys Inn which is the oldest thatched pub in Ireland and if you don't want to travel too far Roe O'Neil pub is only a 300 meter walk.
