Rent a house for The Open 2025 with three bedrooms (2xKingsize &1 double) in a quiet area of Portstewart (new development - less than 5 yrs). Open Tickets also available for 1 practice day and the final. £450 per night for 6 people.

 Fully fitted kitchen with kettle and coffee machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, NINJA air fryer and an abundance of kitchen utensils and crockery
 Secure garden with 2 small patio areas with extra chairs(not shown in the picture) and gas bbq.
 6 chairs, table and 2 small body boards, picnic box, buckets and spades & crabbing buckets and nets available for visits to the nearby blue flag beach of Portstewart (20 min walk and less than 5 mins in a car and on local bus route with stop 2 mins walk)
 Upstairs : bedroom 1 king size, with en-suite with power shower &WC, bedroom 2 king size, bedroom 3 double. Main bathroom with mira electric shower over the bath.
 Gas central heating with instant hot water.
 The 2025 Open less than 5 miles away in next town along the coast, Portrush( 12 min drive). Bus service 2 mins walk from the house with regular buses to Portrush.
 Private entrance with off the road parking for 3 cars in the driveway.
 Portstewart strand beach & Portstewart Golf Club 5 mins by car, 20 min walk. The promenade with bars, award winning restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlours also 20 min walk away and on the bus route.
 A good base for travelling to The Giants Causeway, The Dark hedges (GOT), Bushmills Distillery, Carrick-a- Rede rope bridge, Ballycastle with ferry to Rathlin Island to see the puffins.
 Coleraine is less than 4 miles and the train station has regular trains to/ from Belfast and Derry.
Sorry no smoking or pets allowed. £450 per night, minimum 4 nights from Sunday 13th July to Monday 21st July 2025. Extended stay can be negotiated either side of these dates. Practice tickets 2Adults and 1 child for Monday and final tickets 2Adults and 1 child also available upon request.
