The Open at our 4 bedroom Georgian detached modern house with sea views in Portrush NI, situated just 3 kilometres from the first tee at Royal Portrush Golf Club (2 minute drive). Just a 15 minute walk into Portrush town centre, which has restaurants, bars, train/bus station, shops and beautiful beaches. There are 5 golf courses located a short drive away. The house has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and a separate upstairs bathroom, which comprises of a bath and shower and there also is a downstairs toilet. The house has a lounge with a stove and a large open planned kitchen, sun room, dining area and stove. The kitchen table sits 8 people and there is also a breakfast island which sits 3 people, a gas hob, oven and fridge freezer. The kitchen leads to a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Patio doors from the sun room lead out to an enclosed patio area with a gas BBQ, patio table, garden house with full electrics and the garage has just recently been totally transformed into a golf simulator room, which has 1700 courses to choose from, including Royal Portrush, Dunluce Links and also has a putting green, 55 inch TV and is totally insulated, with radiator and full wireless access to WiFi with Sky Go to watch on a HD cinema screen. The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe, dressing table and king size bed with en-suite. The house has 4 double rooms, which will sleep 10 people and there are options given the space for an additional sofa/inflatable beds. The private driveway parks 2 cars. The house has Sky TV, full WIFI and under floor heating and is an exceptional, modern comfortable home.
