Causeway Greens is a detached chalet bungalow set in a quiet part of Portrush and has just been completed renovated. It accommodates 6 adults very comfortably, there is oil fired central heating and is fully insulated with double glazed windows. Upstairs has a super king bedroom with shower en-suite and a double sized bedroom with en-suite with slipper bath and shower. There is a third bedroom downstairs which has a king sized bed and has access to a third shower room. The large kitchen has a dining area and access to the patio through French doors. There is a separate utility room with washing machine,
There is a large living room with 2 large sofas, coffee table and television. There is full fibre internet access.
The large private back garden has a lawn with raised flower beds.
The exterior of the house has automatic lights and the front garden is laid in lawn and raised flower beds and a driveway that has parking for 5 cars.
The house is a at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is a 5 minute drive from The Open venue at Royal Portrush Golf Club or a 10 minute walk.
It is close to Portrush beaches, supermarkets and local restaurants. Public transport network is only a 5-10 walk away
The Strand course, Portstewart which hosted the Irish Open is only an 10 minute drive away, there are also many award winning golf courses within a 40 minute commute from here.
It is under an hour’s commute from Belfast International Airport.
A house keeping service is available on request. An extended break can be accommodated subject to availability.
