The recently opened luxury accommodation provider "The Perch" is just 3 miles from the Royal Portrush. The Open Portrush accommodation situated on an elevated site with exceptional views of the beautiful North Coast. Currently offering five individual self catering lodges behind a private gated entrance. Each Perch comes with their own private hot tub, parking spaces, air conditioning, underfloor heating and super king size beds. A shuttle service from the Perch to the Royal Portrush can be arranged on request.
The Perch is currently made up of three "Tiny Houses" and two "Studios". Maximum occupancy of sixteen.
The Tiny House is a split level accommodation with a super king size bed in the mezzanine and a king size sofa bed in the living area. It has a separate kitchen and bathroom. (Sleeps 4)
The Studio has a super king size bed in an open plan sleeping/living/kitchen area with a separate bathroom. (Sleeps 2)
