The main house has two reception rooms including the grand lounge and dining room both overlooking the impressive rear garden.
There are 3 bathrooms in the main house and a ‘party attic room' with Velux windows providing magnificent views across Southport’s coast and attractions as well as Blackpool. For those interested in fitness, weights and strength equipment are available in the attic and there are many breathtaking routes for runners along the coast or pinewood areas.
The kitchen in the main house is modern and features a range master cooker, gaggia coffee machine, and seating at both the large island and dining area.
The garden apartment enjoys its own modern, open plan kitchen, diner, lounge and bathroom. The stunning gardens outside the apartment can be enjoyed when seated with morning coffee or evening drinks.
The grounds of the property include a BBQ hut as well as external BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the summer evenings.
The house is located in Birkdale and is within easy walking distance of Lord Street and it's central bars and restaurants as well as Birkdale which enjoys very popular day and evening attractions. The property faces Victoria Park, the site of the famous 'Southport Flower Show' and well worth a visit.
Walking to Royal Birkdale is possible in 20minutes, by car we are 5 minutes away.
We are happy to recommend and make bookings for local restaurants on your behalf including the new 'Penelope's' restaurant which is attracteing great reviews and is situated on the road at the rear of the house. We may even secure a reservation at the acclaimed Bistro Verite ( see Michelin guide). A 10 minute walk from the house.
