Manchester airport 45 - 1hr minutes, Liverpool airport 30 - 45 minutes, Birkdale train station 15 minutes walk or a 2 minute drive.

House is a 2 bedroom but can accommodate 5 people if required as there is a office space that can be converted in to another bed room, 2 bathroom, 2 social rooms and kitchen with garden and decking with sitting area and south facing and recently updated inside and out. with a 2 space car park out front.
