US Open Accommodation for the golf enthusiast who also wants access to the south shore, cape cod and Boston. 1 mile off of route 3 exit , 24 miles from The Country Club, 13 minutes away from Greenbush Commuter Rail, 22 miles south of Boston, 26 miles to Sagamore Bridge (Cape Cod), 7 miles to Duxbury Beach, 4 miles to Rexhamme Beach. Travel along route 3A to see the beautiful coast from Hingham to Duxbury, take a boat from Hyannis to Martha's Vineyard for the day, go to the beach in addition to time at the 2022 US Open. House has 4 good size bedrooms (King, Queen, 2 Full), large kitchen, great room, finished basement with additional couch, twin bed, TV and mini fridge. Two full bathrooms, one half bathroom & basement toilet w/ utility sink. Full size pool & deck. Pond in neighborhood to fish (throw back) or use canoe (option for renters to use owners canoe), driveway space for 4+ cars. House could hold 8 people comfortably, 10 max. No pets.
