US Open 2022 Accommodation
Beautiful Newton Centre 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom house rental for six nights surrounding the 2022 US Open in Brookline, MA. Arguably, there is not a better location in all of Newton. The house is situated on a quiet dead-end street that terminates at the entrance to Webster Woods – Newton’s largest conservation area with several miles of wooded walking trails. Within a five-minute walk, from this location you also have the Newton Centre MBTA transit stop as well as all the shops and restaurants of Newton Centre. Walk just a few minutes more and you will find yourself at our city’s much-loved Crystal Lake.
As the crow flies, our home is located 2.2 miles from The Country Club. Take the “T” (Green Line) one stop if you would like to go to Chestnut Hill for even closer access to The Country Club as well as more shopping and restaurants. Or continue on the T to explore downtown Boston, Boston Harbor, Beacon Hill, the Back Bay, Newbury Street, the Public Gardens, the North End, and ChinaTown. And don’t forget Cambridge and Harvard Square.
This six-night rental begins with the date of your choice at 12 noon and ends at the same time on the seventh day of your stay. We ask you to consider the following:
- Rental rate for six nights is $25,000;
- A pro-rated longer or shorter stay is not available;
- Four-occupant limit;
- No smoking;
- No pets;
- No access to washer and dryer;
- No access to garage;
- Payment due in full upon executing rental agreement;
- Additional refundable damage deposit of $5,000 required.
