LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION… A SHORT, 7 MINUTE WALK TO THE VENUE ENTRY GATE AT THE 9TH GREEN of the Championship course #2.
A Lovely, reconditioned, 5,000 sq. ft. home in Fairwoods on PCC 7 (a Pinehurst Country Club Resort). With 3 full bedrooms, each with separate bath plus the use of a ‘den' as a fourth bedroom, if needed.
The lower theatre, gallery and billiard room opens ‘poolside’ to a cool, sheltered, al fresco dining area with seating for eight. Next to the heated, saltwater pool is the expansive deck patio with chaise lounge chairs, table sets, umbrellas and a private, hot & cold ‘pool’ shower. There is a privacy garden, and ’tiki hut’, also poolside and adjacent to the golf course, but very private behind tropical vegetation.
Another large, elevated, patio overlooks the fifth tee-box of PCC course #7 and is perfect for morning coffee and planning the day in the morning sunrise. A full dining set for eight also stands on this patio as well as bar-height seating.
Our home was rented to Frank and Selena Nobilo of THE GOLF CHANNEL for the 2014 US OPEN. They were a wonderful tenant.
Golf cart, Bicycles, VENUE TICKETS, fresh air, and a great cool-off in the pool is included for the week although walking is easy too.
