This 2,500 sq ft brand new modern farmhouse is the perfect 2024 US Open stay. Spend your time off the golf course exploring beautiful downtown Pinehurst, eating, drinking, and shopping. Downtown Southern Pines is also just an 8-minute drive from the property, where you will have access to one of North Carolina's consistently rated "Cutest Small Towns" that is packed with amazing casual and fine dining restaurants, small business shopping, bars, and activities. Don’t forget to stop by the weekend Farmer’s Markets! You'll also be just minutes from the many beautiful hiking trails the area has to offer, including the family-friendly Reservoir Park for hiking, running/walking, kayaking, and fishing. The greater area has everything you could want in a peaceful vacation town, and this farmhouse paradise is just a short drive from all the excitement.
This spacious home provides everything smaller to larger groups will need for either a short or long stay. Four spacious bedrooms each with queen beds sleep 8 comfortably, and a Serta air mattress is provided for sleeping 2 additional persons, if needed. The bedrooms’ locations on the floor plan also provide ample privacy from each other. A private downstairs Master suite w/luxury on-suite bathroom that includes a spa soaking tub and walk-in rainforest shower provide seclusion as the only bedroom on the west side of the home. The second and third downstairs bedrooms resides on the east side of the home and share a gorgeous Jack & Jill bathroom! A fourth bedroom suite with full bath and workspace nook upstairs provides another full privacy lodging option. A large open concept living space serves as a central hang out space with ample seating for large groups. Sit by the gas fire at night with a great drink or use the complementary streaming service accounts on the 65" LED TV.
The large chef's kitchen has everything you'll need for eating in and cooking amazing meals. The kitchen is equipped with a drink fridge and coffee bar with complementary coffee beans to grind and brew (French press and Percolator provided) and espresso pods for use in the espresso machine with an automatic milk frother. Start your mornings off with an amazing homemade cup of local coffee while sitting in the rocking chairs or swing on the front porch or enjoy the peacefulness of the backyard with the many seating options available. Lookout for the many deer that pass through the back property! Don't forget the wine/bar room equipped with a European wine fridge that will store and perfectly chill your reds, whites, and sparklings.
The fully fenced-in backyard provides many outdoor seating options and entertainment with its firepit, outdoor games, and lounge seating that's perfect for cocktail hour or catching some sun rays. You'll have ample free firewood available from the woodshed out back (wheel barrel on site for transporting). Also enjoy the backyard views from the huge Carolina screened-in porch from the live edge bar. A grill/smoker is also on site, with wood pellets, for all your outdoor cooking desires. Don't forget the 2 kayaks available for your use on many of the local lakes!
The on-site fully equipped functional fitness garage gym gives guests diverse options for getting in a great sweat. Large parking pad fits 4 cars comfortably, with the option to park 2 cars in the garage if needed, and long driveway for additional parking.
