Inside you will find a 70" flatscreen TV with all major streaming services, comfortable furniture, and a cozy fireplace. There is a master suite on the main level with large walk in shower and soaking tub. The second level provides plenty of privacy for multiple couples/families. 4 Bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms. Additionally, the home is equipped with dual-zone climate control so the upstairs and downstairs parties can enjoy their own version of the perfect temperature. The backyard offers a peaceful screened-in porch with large sectional sofa to enjoy the evenings under the breeze of overhead fans, the patio offers a sectional sofa and swings under the trees to enjoy the evenings.
