The drive to the Pinehurst Country Club and venue is 2 miles, or about 6-7 minutes
The Moore County Regional Airport (private plans) is about 10 miles from the property. To drive to the Raleigh Durham International Airport takes about 1 hr 20 minutes. From Fayetteville Regional Airport, the drive is about one hour (traffic as a factor). The drive to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport is about 115 miles.
The master suite is on the first floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. In all, the house has 2 baths and a half, plus a lower level laundry room. An open area is the location of the kitchen and family room. All bath areas are recently remodeled.
The residence is located on a very quiet lane and has a private backyard. The back deck has seating for ten. A gas grill is available.
The home is very cozy and impeccably clean.
Bedrooms have reasonably-sized closets, which the owner will empty.
Wide-screen TVs are located downstairs and upstairs.
The house has a double-car garage.
Daily housecleaning and linen changing are included in the rental cost. The cost also includes a $100 gift card to the Fresh Market, the area’s specialty grocery store.
Pets are not permitted.
